Makhana 1 cup, Milk 2 cups, Almonds 15-20, Cashews 10-12, Pistachios 1 tbsp, Sunflower seeds 1 tbsp, Figs 4-5, Cardamom powder 1 tsp, Saffron threads 10-12, Banana, Mango, Green grapes, Black grapes, Sapota, Muskmelon, Mango, Papaya, Banana, Pomegranate, Almond, Cashew, Pistachios.
How to make Mango Fruit Custard?
- Step 1: To make Mango Fruit Custard, soak the almonds for 6 to 7 hours and after the stipulated time, take out the peel thoroughly.
- Second Step: Now, after that wash all the fruits thoroughly in clean water and finely chop grapes, sapota, melon, mango, papaya, banana, pomegranate.
- Step 3: Now take a cup of makhana and add soaked almonds, 1 tablespoon pistachios, sunflower seeds, cardamom powder, one mango, figs, banana and milk.
- Step 4: Grind all these ingredients finely in a blender jar. When grinding is done, add some extra milk and make a fine paste.
- Fifth Step: Now put this paste in a bowl of finely chopped fruits and keep it in the refrigerator to cool.
- Step 6: After an hour, serve this sugar-free custard to everyone.
