How to make Stuffed Mango Kulfi?
- First step: To make Stuffed Mango Kulfi, boil 1 liter milk on low flame. Remove the cream from the sides and collect it and keep stirring occasionally.
- Second step: Now, add 4 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp milk powder, saffron milk 1 tbsp, half tsp cardamom powder to the milk and boil till the milk reduces to half and thickens. When the milk thickens, turn off the gas flame and then let it cool.
- Third step: Now take ripe mango and cut off its upper part. Save it for later use. Now, insert a knife to loosen the kernels and take them out by rotating them. Collect the remaining mango pulp and put the mango pulp back inside the mango
- Fourth step: Now keep the mangoes straight in a bowl or cup. Now add milk mixture into it. Keep it in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
- Fifth step: After the stipulated time, remove the mango from the freezer and peel the peel. Now, cut the mangoes into round shapes and garnish with pistachios on top. Your Stuffed Mango Kulfi is ready.
