When the child was washed away, the mother deer jumped into the river without caring for her life, both of them were rescued; watch video

Such a scene of motherly love was seen in the Baitarani River near Bhitarkanika in Odisha, which made the people present there emotional. When a baby deer started being swept away in the strong current of the river, its mother jumped into the river without any fear to save it.

This incident is said to have taken place in front of Kalibhanjadia forest area. Seeing the baby deer floating in the strong current in the river, its mother immediately jumped into the river after it. However, while trying to save the child, the mother deer also got caught in the strong current and both of them started moving forward with the flow.

The baby deer was trapped in the strong current

It is being told that the baby deer got trapped in the strong current of Baitarani river. The flow of water was so fast that the child slowly started floating away. Seeing her child in trouble, the mother deer did not delay even a moment and jumped into the river to save him. The mother deer kept trying to reach her child, but due to the strong current the difficulty for both increased.

Both mother and child struggled in the river and started moving with the flow. Seeing this scene, the people present there started worrying about the safety of both the deer. Seeing both the deer in trouble in the river, the local people immediately informed the forest department. After receiving the information, forest department officials reached the spot.

After investigation, both deers were released in the forest.

The Forest Department team, along with the local people, started efforts to bring out both the deer safely. During the rescue operation, boats were also used to reach the deer trapped in the river. After a lot of efforts, the forest department and the team of local people were successful in reaching both the deer.

During the rescue operation, the mother deer and her baby were safely taken out of the river. After taking both of them out, they were examined and given necessary treatment. After investigation, when both the deer were found healthy, they were released back into the Bhitarkanika forest.
