In Reliance’s annual general meeting 2025, Mukesh Ambani had said that Jio’s IPO will be launched in the first half of 2026. Ambani said in Reliance’s annual report released on Thursday that the company is taking steps towards strengthening the institutional structure of Jio Platforms, increasing transparency and making it a global technology leader.

Mukesh Ambani said, “We will continue to evaluate strategic options that can enhance stakeholder engagement and support Jio’s long-term growth while maintaining the philosophy of sustainable value creation.” Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani has said that as the announced deadline for the IPO approaches, different options are being considered for broader stakeholder participation in Jio Platforms.

Meta and Google also have stake in Jio Platforms Limited

Let us tell you that Reliance Industries holds 66.43 percent stake in Jio Platforms Limited. Leading global companies Meta and Google also have stake in this Reliance company. Jio Platforms’ net profit increased by 15 percent to Rs 30,053 crore in financial year 2025-26, from Rs 26,120 crore a year ago. During this period, the company’s operational revenue increased by 14.5 percent to Rs 1,46,885 crore.
