Bumper investment in equity mutual fund schemes in March
Let us tell you that in March, net investment in equity mutual fund schemes increased by 56 percent to Rs 40,450 crore. This is the highest monthly net inflow after July 2025, when equity mutual funds had received a net investment of Rs 42,702 crore. Flexi cap funds saw the highest net investment of more than Rs 10,000 crore. After this, Rs 6,263 crore was invested in small cap funds and Rs 6,063 crore were invested in mid cap funds. There was positive flow in most of the categories. However, tax-saving ELSS schemes saw marginal withdrawals.
