First step- First of all you have to peel and chop the onion. Now mix salt with chopped onion in a bowl and leave it for about 5-10 minutes.
Second step- Within 5 to 10 minutes, when the onion releases all the water, then you have to mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and gram flour well in this water.
Third step- If you are feeling less water, you can also add some water. After this, heat oil in the pan.
Fourth step- Make onion pakodas from this mixture and put them in hot oil. You have to fry the onion pakodas by turning them repeatedly until their color becomes golden.
Fifth step- When all the onion pakodas are fried well, then you can turn off the gas.
Sixth step- After this, spread a napkin on a plate and then take out all the onion pakodas on this napkin.
