The pleasure of eating hot bread pakodas with hot tea is something else. Let’s learn how to make bread pakodas. For your information, let us tell you that to make bread pakodas, 4 bread slices, one cup gram flour, pinch of turmeric powder, half tea spoon cumin, half tea spoon chilli flakes, salt as per taste, pinch of baking soda, water as required, 4 boiled and mashed potatoes, one onion finely chopped, 2 green chillies finely chopped, half tea spoon red chilli powder, pinch of asafoetida, half tea spoon cumin, Half teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, half teaspoon salt, coriander-mint chutney, tomato ketchup and oil will be required.

First step- First of all, take out potatoes, onions, green chillies and all the spices in a bowl and then mix everything well.

Second step- After this, take out gram flour, all the spices, baking soda and water in a bowl and then mix everything and prepare a thick solution.

Third step- Now apply green chutney on a bread slice. Spread the potato mixture well on this bread slice.

Fourth step- After this, apply tomato ketchup on the second bread slice. Place this bread slice on top of the potato bread slice.

Fifth step- Now cut the bread in triangle shape. After this, add oil to the pan and heat it.

Sixth step- You have to dip the bread in gram flour solution and then put it in hot oil and fry it. Fry the bread on medium flame until it turns golden.

Seventh step- Now take out the bread pakoda in a napkin and cut it into two equal parts and serve.

Eighth step- You can enjoy the taste of bread pakoda with hot tea or green chilli and chutney.
