There is no provision to form a separate group in the Constitution – Kirti Azad
Meanwhile, TMC MP Kirti Azad said, ‘We have given an application to the Speaker. We had already sent it to them through mail. We had gone to give them its hard copy. He was not there, so we took receipt of it from his office. There is no provision in the Constitution for forming a separate group. Maharashtra’s case is going on in the court for the last 5 years. Sagarika Ghosh reminded of moral responsibility
TMC MP Sagarika Ghosh said, ‘We have given a letter to the Lok Sabha Speaker that TMC is a united party. They cannot form any separate faction inside the Lok Sabha. This is against the Constitution. We have said in the letter that those who want to break TMC and form a separate faction within the Lok Sabha are against the Constitution. The Constitution does not allow this. This is against the law. It shows your moral weakness that when a party loses, you abandon that party, its leader and the election symbol of the party on the basis of which you won.
We fought against BJP – Saugata Roy
