First step- To make this, put 1 cup rice flour in a bowl, now add 2 cups plain buttermilk in it. If you do not have buttermilk, then dilute the curd to make it like buttermilk and mix it. Now add salt to it and mix it well.
Second step- Take a pan and add some mustard oil or coconut oil in it. Add mustard, dry red chilli, finely chopped green chilli, 1 spoon chana dal, 1 spoon urad dal, curry leaves and asafoetida. Fry it lightly on medium flame.
Third step- Now add buttermilk and rice solution to this tempering. Now cook it while stirring continuously until it becomes thick. When it becomes thick like upma, put it in a bowl and set it by pressing lightly. Now turn the bowl upside down on a plate and take out the prepared peacock bud.
Pour some desi ghee on it and enjoy it hot. You must try this recipe once. It is fun to eat and very easy to make. By eating this your stomach will remain healthy and very light.
