Sprouted Moong and Green Onion Tikki Recipe
First step- For this you have to take about 1 ½ cups of whole moong dal and soak it to germinate. Now put the sprouted moong in the mixer, add little water and grind it coarsely. Take out the mung dal paste in a deep bowl.
Second step- Add half cup chopped green onion, 2 teaspoons chopped green chillies, some chopped garlic, ¼ cup oats flour and salt as per taste and mix everything.
Third step- Make tikkis of your favorite shape from this mixture. Prepare it by making it in a cutlet-like shape. Apply light oil on a non-stick pan and cook the tikkis until they become golden brown on both sides.
Fourth step- If you want to make tikkis crispy then make the gas flame medium. This will ensure that the tikkis get cooked thoroughly from inside. Serve them hot with green chutney, sauce or any other chutney.
