- Watermelon: 3-4 cups (chopped and seeded)
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves: 8-10 fresh leaves
- Black salt: half teaspoon
- Sugar/honey: 1 tsp
- Chaat masala: a pinch

method of making
- To make watermelon sherbet, first cut the watermelon into small pieces and take out its seeds.
- After this, put the watermelon pieces in a mixer jar. After this add mint leaves, lemon juice and black salt. Then blend it and extract juice.
- Then add chaat masala to this juice and add ice cubes and small cubes of watermelon saved earlier in the glass.
- Lastly, garnish it with mint leaves and serve it.
