But have you ever tried watermelon sherbet? It is ahead of all sherbets in terms of hydration. Watermelon juice is rich in Vitamin A, C and potassium which provides instant energy to the body. There is a possibility of adulteration in the sherbet available in the market. In such a situation, you can make watermelon sherbet at home. Here we have brought an easy recipe of watermelon sherbet.

Material

  • Watermelon: 3-4 cups (chopped and seeded)
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves: 8-10 fresh leaves
  • Black salt: half teaspoon
  • Sugar/honey: 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala: a pinch
  • ice cubes

method of making

  • To make watermelon sherbet, first cut the watermelon into small pieces and take out its seeds.
  • After this, put the watermelon pieces in a mixer jar. After this add mint leaves, lemon juice and black salt. Then blend it and extract juice.
  • Then add chaat masala to this juice and add ice cubes and small cubes of watermelon saved earlier in the glass.
  • Lastly, garnish it with mint leaves and serve it.
