Are you also bored of eating rice kheer? If yes, then you should try making date kheer. From children to adults, everyone will like the taste of Date Kheer. For your information, let us tell you that to make nutrient rich date kheer, you will need 15 dates, one liter full cream boiled milk, one spoon small cardamom powder, half cup sugar, 8 almonds chopped, 8 cashews chopped, 6 pistachios chopped and ghee.

First step- First of all, take out the seeds of dates and wash them and clean them. After this, soak the dates in half a cup of hot milk for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Second step- Now you have to grind the soaked dates with some milk in a mixer. A smooth paste will be formed.

Third step- Turn on the gas and keep the pan. Heat ghee in a pan and fry this date paste on medium flame for about 5 minutes.

Fourth step- After five minutes, you have to mix the date paste along with milk and sugar and cook it well.

Fifth step- When the kheer starts thickening, add cardamom powder to the date kheer and then cook it on high flame for about 2 minutes.

Sixth step- Finally, you can use finely chopped almonds, cashews and pistachios to garnish the date kheer. Mix the dry fruits well in the kheer and then serve.
