Ingredients for Oats Cheela

  • 2 spoon gram flour
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 capsicum
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • a little ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chilli
  • chopped coriander
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • green chutney or red sauce

How to make Oats Chilla

step 1 – To make oats cheela, first grind the oats. After grinding, take it out in a vessel.

Step 2 – After this, add gram flour, turmeric, cumin, chilli and other spices to the ground oats and mix well.

Step 3 – Now add finely chopped onion, carrot, tomato, capsicum, green chilli, ginger and green coriander and mix them well. After this, prepare the solution by adding water as per requirement.

Step 4 – Now heat the pan, when the pan becomes hot, spread the batter on it in a round shape and cook it well. When the cheela is cooked well on one side, turn it and cook it on the other side.

Step 5 – Then serve it with green chutney and red sauce.
