Adani Airports Holding Limited (AAHL) said that this new route will serve 3 days a week and will provide a convenient direct service to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in West Asia. Let us tell you that the international flight service has started about 6 months after the start of domestic flight service from Navi Mumbai Airport. The first commercial domestic flight took off from Navi Mumbai International Airport on December 25 last year. PM Narendra Modi inaugurated this airport on October 8, 2025.
Booking of flights to Abu Dhabi started on June 21
Air India Express had announced to start booking flights to Abu Dhabi on June 21. Along with this, the first cargo flight from Navi Mumbai International Airport will also be flagged off on Wednesday itself. Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIAL) CEO B.V.J.K. Sharma had told on June 17 that international flight service is expected to start from Navi Mumbai Airport from July 15.
New chapter added in the development journey of Navi Mumbai International Airport
