Impact of Akshaya Tritiya
Market experts say that despite the fall in the prices of gold and silver in the international markets, the Indian market remains bullish. The main reason for this is domestic demand. According to Chetan Thadeshwar, CMD, Shringaar House of Mangalsutra Limited, even though the prices are increasing, the intentions of the customers remain strong. People are now preferring light and designer jewelery instead of heavy jewellery.
condition of international market
There was sluggishness in precious metals in the global market today. Spot gold fell nearly 1 percent to $ 4,795.97 an ounce, while silver also fell to $ 78.61 an ounce. However, the demand for festive season and weddings in the domestic market is overshadowing this decline.
