Nahid Rana was injured during the Zimbabwe series
Recently, Nahid Rana suffered a muscle strain during the T20 match played against Zimbabwe. After the medical scan, doctors have said that it will take about 6 to 8 weeks for him to recover, due to which he will not be able to play the Test series in Australia. Let us tell you that two more main players of the team, Liton Das and fast bowler Shoriful Islam will not be able to play the first test match against Australia due to injury.

Liton Das had gone to Singapore for treatment of his injury, where he received special treatment. He will start light running and training from July 28 and will have a fitness test around August 13. If all goes well then he can return in the second test match. At the same time, Shoriful Islam suffered a hamstring strain during the Zimbabwe tour. He will start bowling light bowling in the nets again from July 29 and may be available for the second Test after passing the fitness test on August 12.
