How will the weather be for the next seven days?

  • There will not be much change in temperature in the Western Himalayas till April 27. After that there will be a drop of 2 to 3 degrees.
  • There will not be much change in temperature in northwest India till April 27. After that there will be a drop of 2 to 4 degrees centigrade.
  • There will not be much change in temperature in East India till 26th April. After that there is a possibility of it falling by 3 to 4 degrees.
  • The temperature in North East India will increase by 3 to 6 degrees by April 27. There won’t be much change after that.
  • There will not be much change in temperature in Maharashtra till April 25. After that there will be a drop of 2 to 4°.
  • The temperature in Gujarat will increase by 2 to 3 ° by 26 April. After this there will be a decline of 2 to 4°.

Heat wave alert in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana

The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert warning of storm and heavy rainfall in West Bengal. An alert has also been issued in Karnataka regarding storm and hailstorm. Orange alert has been issued with heat wave warning in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. There is a possibility of heavy rain in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal. Heat wave conditions are likely to prevail in Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, West Bengal, North East India, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala today. There is a possibility of hot and humid weather in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha today.

Tips to escape the heat

People exposed to sunlight for long periods of time or doing heavy work are more likely to suffer from high temperatures and heat-related illnesses. To avoid this, drink enough water. Keep drinking water even if you don’t feel thirsty. Moderate temperatures and heat are tolerable for the general public, but may pose moderate health concerns for infants, the elderly, and vulnerable people with serious illnesses.
