Material
- Soaked Poha: 1 cup
- Fresh Spinach: 1 cup (finely chopped)
- Green chillies: 2-3 (finely chopped or ground)
- Boiled Potato: 1 (mashed, for binding)
- Processed or mozzarella cheese: ½ cup (cut into small cubes)
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Garam Masala: ½ tsp
- Chaat masala: 1 tsp
- Cornflour or maida: 2 tbsp
- Bread Crumbs: ½ cup
- Salt: as per taste
- Oil: for frying
method of making
Prepare paste and dough
First of all, wash the poha and soak it for 5 minutes so that it becomes soft. Now add soaked poha, spinach and green chillies in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely without adding water or with very little water.

Take out the ground poha and spinach mixture in a large vessel. Add boiled mashed potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chaat masala and salt as per taste. Mix all the ingredients well with hands and prepare a dough like dough.
roll into balls and fill with cheese
Make small balls from the prepared mixture. Spread each dough ball on your hands and place a cheese cube in the middle and seal it from all sides and shape into round balls. Keep in mind that the thing should be completely covered.
