Two cups of poha, one teaspoon of sugar, salt as per taste, one medium size potato, one medium size tomato, two spoons of oil, half cup of peanuts, half spoon of black mustard, 10 to 12 curry leaves, half spoon of turmeric powder, two green chillies, juice of one lemon, finely chopped coriander, half cup of finely chopped sev.
How to make Poha

First step: To make Khila Khila Poha, first wash the poha thoroughly in water. Wash it at least 10 minutes before making Poha and then remove the pan thoroughly from it and after that add sugar and salt and keep it aside. Separate the Poha with light hands. You will see that the Poha will have become floppy. -
second step: Now, turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add oil into it. Now heat the oil with curry leaves, mustard seeds, green chillies and cumin seeds. When it starts crackling, add potatoes in it. Potatoes should be cut into small pieces. Keep the potatoes covered so that they cook thoroughly.

Third step: When the potatoes are cooked, add tomatoes to it. When tomatoes start melting, add turmeric to it. Now add poha in it. Mix all the spices well in poha. When the poha is cooked, add finely chopped coriander on top and turn off the gas.

Fourth step: Now take out the poha in a plate and add lemon juice to it and garnish with shaved namkeen on top. Taj and Khil Khil Poha is ready. By making poha in this way, it remains soft for a long time.
