How to make market like paneer at home, recipe for making paneer

First step- Paneer exactly like the market can be prepared at home. For this you have to take a vessel. Add half a cup of water in it and pour 2 liters of full cream milk on top. Adding water does not prevent the milk from burning. Now cook the milk till it boils. Slow down the gas flame.

Second step- Now take some white vinegar in a bowl. Mix water in it equal to vinegar. Now mix this solution little by little in boiling milk. If vinegar is not available, you can also use lemon instead. When the milk curdles, turn off the gas.

Third step- Take a muslin or any light cotton cloth and place it over the strainer. Now put the cheese along with all the water on the cloth. Squeeze the cheese lightly or let it hang for a while. The thing to be noted here is that all the water from the paneer should not be removed. This will make the cheese very soft and set well.

Fourth step-Now take a plate and spread the cheese lightly on the cloth and set it aside. Place cheese wrapped in cloth on top of the plate. Place a stone chakla or any heavy object on top and leave the paneer to set for an hour. Now remove the chakla and take out the paneer with a cloth. Paneer exactly like the market is ready.

You grind it and cut it into the shape of your choice. Use this cheese to make vegetables. You will not need to buy adulterated cheese from the market. You can also make Paneer Pakodas, Paneer Parathas or Paneer Bhujia from this Paneer and eat it.
