To make Dosa, the most important thing is to prepare the batter. For this, take one cup of corn flour and one-fourth cup of wheat flour in a vessel. Slowly add water to it and prepare a thin solution. Take special care that there are no lumps in it. Keep the texture of the batter so thin that it sticks easily to the pan.

After this add ginger and green chilli, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt. You can also add finely chopped coriander to it. Cover it and leave it for 10 minutes.

Now comes the turn of potato stuffing, the life of dosa. For this, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds in it. Then add ginger and green chillies and fry lightly. After this, add green peas and tomatoes and cook well. When it is cooked, add boiled potatoes to it and mix well. Fry it for 2 minutes.

Now take a non-stick pan and heat oil. After this, pour the batter on the pan and spread it gently. Keep the gas on medium flame and add light oil and cook the dosa until it turns golden.
