The conspiracy to terrorize the country with grenade attack failed! Special cell caught 11 suspects related to ISI and Babbar Khalsa

Delhi Police Special Cell Operation: Delhi Police’s Special Cell has busted Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI and BKL Babbar Khalsa International sponsored terror, arms and espionage module and arrested 11 suspects from Punjab and Delhi. On the trail of these suspects, the Special Cell has recovered 9 solar powered CCTV cameras from different places, which were installed at sensitive places near security agencies. They have been uninstalled. 4 pistols and 24 live cartridges have been recovered from the accused. Weapons were being smuggled to run the terror module.

Grenade attack planning failed

According to sources, this entire module and its handlers sitting in Pakistan were making final plans to carry out grenade attacks in security agency areas in India. After the recent bust of terror module in Ghaziabad, the Special Cell of Delhi Police was continuously receiving inputs that the people of Ghaziabad module were installing CCTV cameras in sensitive areas and sending live feed to Pakistan. Similarly, Pakistan based handlers are running another similar module in Punjab and Delhi.

Suspects were in contact with Pakistani handler Bhatti

According to the information, the arrested accused were in contact with terrorist Shehzad Bhatti, his handlers sitting in Pakistan. Shahzad Bhatti is a terrorist of Pakistan and his videos while talking to Lawrence Bishnoi had come even before jail. The investigation is going on whether these suspects used to talk to Shehzad Bhatti only or is this a code word.

This is how the espionage racket was busted

Two teams of Special Cell started working on this module. The Special Cell has busted the racket of arms smuggling into India, planning of grenade attacks and espionage through thermal solar CCTV cameras on the instructions of handlers sitting in Pakistan. First of all, the NDR team of Special Cell arrested 6 accused, out of which 3 are from Punjab and 3 from Delhi. On their notice, 9 CCTV solar cameras which were installed near the security agency sensitive area were uninstalled and recovered, these cameras were installed very close to the defense base.

They used to install CCTV pretending to be from civil department

The accused, pretending to be from the civil department, used to pretend to install government CCTV cameras so that no one could suspect them. The live feed of these CCTV cameras was sent directly to the handlers in Pakistan through SIM. Pakistan’s handlers were keeping an eye on our defense movements through this feed. Apart from the cameras, 3 PX5 pistols, one country made pistol and 24 live cartridges were recovered from them. These accused used to take funds through UPI accounts which were used for arms smuggling.

In the second operation, which was being handled by the SWR team of Special Cell, following inputs from MI Military Intelligence, 5 accused were arrested from Punjab who were sharing video photos of sensitive areas. The accused arrested in the first operation include-

1. Manpreet who is a resident of Tarn Taran, Punjab and is the mastermind of this module was in direct contact with the Pakistan based handler.
2. Anmol who is a resident of Firozpur, Punjab.
3. Sahil, Punjab Firozpur
4. Atul Rathi, Rohini Delhi (involved in arms smuggling)
5. Rohit, Rohini Delhi
6. Ajay, Delhi

The accused who were arrested in the second operation include-

1. Gurjeet Singh, Punjab Kapurthala
2. Rimpledeep, Fazilka Punjab
3. Salwinder Singh, Fazilka Punjab
4. Harpreet Singh, Moga Punjab
5. Buta Singh, Fazilka Punjab

9 solar CCTV cameras in which 9 SIM cards were installed and live feed was being sent to Pakistan. These cameras were installed at these places which include.

1. Kapurthala
2. Jalandhar
3. Pathankot
4. Patiala
5. Moga
6. Ambala
7. kathua
8. Bikaner area of ​​Jammu and Kashmir
9. Alwar

3 PX5 pistols, 1 country-made pistol, 24 live cartridges, two vehicles to receive weapons, two motorcycles which were used for recce of sensitive areas and 24 mobile phones have been recovered from them. This was a huge operation of the Special Cell of Delhi Police which was started after a very accurate input, according to the input, a big conspiracy is going on to carry out terrorist activity in Delhi and Punjab in coordination with Babbar Khalsa International BKL and Pakistan’s agency ISI.

In this racket, young and poor boys were being radicalized, recruited, lured with money and involved in terrorist activities and arms smuggling in the country. In this matter, Special Cell registered a case, the accused were identified, raids were conducted in Delhi and Punjab and they were arrested with evidence. The arrested accused Manpreet revealed during interrogation that he has contacts with Pak base handlers who are associated with ISI and BKL. On the instructions of Pak base handlers, Manpreet received 7 foreign pistols, 56 live cartridges and delivered them further.

It was Manpreet who arranged the mobile SIM on fake documents and supplied it to the contacts of Pakistan based smugglers in Punjab. These SIM cards were used to send live feed to Pakistan from solar CCTV cameras installed in sensitive areas. The profile of the accused is also very interesting.

1. Manpreet Singh- Manpreet has done BCA, is not married, came in contact with Pakistan based handlers through encrypted app, received and delivered weapons, arranged SIM cards.
2. Anmol- He is 10th pass, used to work in wall paper pasting, came in contact with Pak handlers through encrypted app, through his partner Sahil he installed solar CCTV cameras in defense sensitive areas of Punjab.
3. Sahil- 12th passed, not married, installed CCTV cameras with Anmol.
4. Atul Rathi – Completed MBA degree in New Zealand, returned to India in 2004, came in contact with Pakistan handler through encrypted app, received 4 foreign pistols as per his wish.
5. Rohit- MBA, smuggling of arms from Punjab with Atul Rathi.
6. Ajay- Weapon smuggling.
7. Gurjit Singh- Sending photo videos of Army Cantt areas to Pak based handlers.
8. Rimaldeep Singh- Sharing location photos of Army, BSF to Pak based handlers.
9. Harprati Singh- Drugs smuggling, giving information to Pak based handlers of armed forces.
10. Salvinder Singh – Together with Rimandeep, did photography of sensitive areas and shared photos and videos.
11. Buta Singh- Sending photography and videography of BSF and Army cantonment areas to Pak based handlers.
12. Through this operation, the module of Pak based ISI-BKL luring the youth with money and installing CCTV cameras in sensitive areas of Army, Defence, BSF and providing live feed and spying for sensitive movement information has come to light.

A big conspiracy related to arms supply, terrorist activity, information through CCTV and then carrying out grenade attacks in arms and defense areas has been revealed. According to the Special Cell, 9 solar CCTV cameras have been removed from almost all the areas mentioned by the accused but the operation is still going on.
