BAN vs PAK: As shameful as the defeat of Pakistan cricket team was in the Mirpur Test, the wicket of Mohammad Rizwan was equally discussed. Wicketkeeper batsman Rizwan was first trolled fiercely on the field and then he was out on a ball which even himself was surprised to see. The video of this entire incident is now becoming increasingly viral on social media. While chasing the target of 268 runs, Pakistan was in bad shape. The team had lost five wickets for 121 runs, when Rizwan came on the field to bat. The team had expectations from Rizwan, who scored 59 runs in the first innings, but he could score only 15 runs in the second innings. Before this, a funny drama was seen on the field, which started in the 38th over.

Liton Das insulted Rizwan fiercely

In fact, Liton Das of Bangladesh was seen continuously taunting Rizwan from behind the wicket. Liton’s voice was clearly heard in the stump mic, where he was making fun of Rizwan while talking to Taijul Islam. Liton said that now he will play only to save the match, there is no pressure to win. And its reputation in its country is already very bad. If he attacks and gets out, he will not be able to go back to his country, he already has a very bad reputation there.

It seemed as if the effect of this trolling was clearly visible on Rizwan. After a few overs, Nahid Rana bowled him with a brilliant fast ball. Rizwan decided to leave the ball, but the ball came sharply inwards and uprooted the middle stump. Rizwan was shocked and Pakistan’s hopes got a big blow. Rizwan had come into this Test series anyway in poor form. In the Pakistan Super League, his team failed to make it to the playoffs after eight consecutive defeats.

Pakistan lost the test match

Talking about the match, this Test seemed to be heading towards a draw amidst the fear of rain, but Bangladesh adopted an aggressive attitude on the fifth day. The team declared the innings at 240/9 after adding 88 runs in 20 overs and gave Pakistan a target of 268 runs. Captain Nazmul Hossain Shanto played a brilliant inning of 87 runs, while Mehdi Hasan Miraz’s five wickets in the first innings gave Bangladesh the lead.

Chasing the target, Pakistan never looked in a strong position in the match. Taskin Ahmed provided the initial shock, while Nahid Rana destroyed the middle order and lower order with his fast bowling. Abdullah Fazal played a struggling inning of 66 runs, but he could not save the team from defeat. The entire Pakistan team fell 104 runs short of the target and Bangladesh created history by registering its first Test win against Pakistan on home soil.
