Central Government Health Scheme: The Modi government at the Center has taken a big step to provide good health facilities to its employees, pensioners and their families. Under the Central Government Health Scheme, 207 hospitals in Delhi and surrounding NCR areas have been included in the panel. These include 190 multi-specialty and 17 super-specialty hospitals.
Health facilities will improve by increasing the number of hospitals
After this decision, more hospitals will be available for the treatment of Modi government employees and pensioners. Now the beneficiaries will be able to get treatment facilities in more hospitals closer to their homes than before, so that they will not have to travel long distances for treatment. Also, access to medical services for employees and pensioners will also become easier than before.
207 hospitals joined the new panel
Regarding this, the Central Secretariat Service Forum shared information on social media platform X, in which it was told that this decision will improve the availability, options and quality of health scheme for the central government employees, pensioners and their families. Along with this, the Forum has also released the list of 207 hospitals included in the new panel.
Big benefit from joining the panel of super-specialty hospitals
According to the information, a large number of central government employees and retired officers live in Delhi and NCR areas. In such a situation, by increasing the number of hospitals, patients will be able to get better medical facilities on time. Especially by joining the panel of super-specialty hospitals, treatment of complex diseases will also be possible.

It is noteworthy that this initiative of the Modi government has come at a time when there is talk of continuous improvement in the quality and accessibility of health services. With the empanelment of new hospitals, CGHS beneficiaries are expected to get more comprehensive and convenient health services, which will directly benefit lakhs of families. Now the panel includes Yashoda Medicity, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Medanta The Medicity, Sector – 38, Gurgaon, Amrita Hospital, Mata Amritanandamayi Marg, Sector 88, Faridabad, Batra Hospital and Medical Research Centre, 1, Tughlakabad Institutional Area, Mehrauli, Fortis Hospitals Limited, B-22, Sector-62, Noida and Medanta. Hospital, Sector 50, Noida, including 207 hospitals have joined.
