Exit polls for Tamil Nadu Assembly elections have been released. According to Matrize exit poll, Tamil superstar Vijay’s party Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) may get 10-12 seats. Actor Vijay’s party, which is contesting elections for the first time, may get 17.5% votes. Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) chief Vijay is contesting from two seats. He is trying his electoral luck from Trichy East and Perambur (Chennai).

According to the exit poll conducted by MATRIZE, the ruling DMK alliance may get 122–132 seats. At the same time, AIADMK alliance is expected to get 87-100 seats. DMK alliance may get 40.3% votes and AIADMK alliance may get 37.1% votes.

P-MARQ Exit Poll gave 16-26 seats to TVK

According to P-MARQ Exit Poll, actor Vijay-led TVK is expected to get 23% vote share in Tamil Nadu. According to this exit poll, Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) is expected to get 16-26 seats.

Axis My India exit poll gave maximum seats

Axis My India’s exit poll has predicted that Vijay’s party TVK will get the maximum victory of 98-120. At the same time, DMK alliance can get 92-110 seats. AIADMK alliance may get 22-32 seats.

Voting for the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections was held in a single phase on April 23 amid tight security across the state and the counting of votes is scheduled for May 4. The main contest is between DMK and AIADMK, while TVK led by actor Vijay is also giving a tough fight. Tamil Nadu recorded 85.10% voting on 23 April, the highest since independence. 118 seats are required for majority in the 234-seat assembly. According to the Election Commission, the total voting in Chennai district was 83.68 percent. Perambur witnessed the highest turnout with 2.03 lakh votes (89.74 per cent), followed by Kolathur with 1.82 lakh votes (86.12 per cent). Counting of votes is to take place on May 4. DMK had won a landslide victory in the 2021 Tamil Nadu elections. He single-handedly formed the government by winning 133 seats.
