Rajma Kebab Recipe

First step- For this, add 1 bay leaf, a small piece of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic and 1 tablespoon chopped ginger in some ghee. Now add 3 chopped onions and fry on low flame till it turns golden. When the onion is roasted, add 1½–2 cups of grated bottle gourd and some salt and cook until all the water dries up.

Second step- Put this mixture in the mixer. Add 12–13 soaked cashew nuts and 30–40 grams of soaked and boiled kidney beans in it. Make a thick paste. Return it to the pan and add 1 tbsp gram flour, garam masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder, kasoori methi and salt.

Third step- Cook the prepared mixture until it becomes thick and starts separating from the sides of the pan. Now keep this entire mixture until it cools thoroughly. Now give it the shape of kebab.

Fourth step- Now again add some oil in a pan and cook the prepared kebabs thoroughly from both the sides on medium flame. Your high protein kebab is ready. Enjoy it with roti or salad. You will find this kebab very tasty. It can be easily prepared and eaten for breakfast.
