Semolina Rava Dosa Recipe
First step- First of all, take 1 cup of semolina, add 1 cup of curd and some salt to the semolina and mix it well. Now cover it and keep it for 10 minutes. By doing this the semolina will mix with the curd and swell well. Put the swollen semolina in a mixer, add some water and grind it finely to make a paste.
Second step- Take out the ground semolina in a bowl. Add one-fourth teaspoon of baking soda in it and mix it gently. Now lightly heat a non-stick pan. Grease with some ghee or oil. Now pour 1 spoon of batter in the center of the pan and let it spread on its own. Cover it with a plate and cook it on low flame from one side only. Thick semolina dosa is ready.
