Add to boiling water: The first process that goes through the noodles is boiling them. Therefore, keep in mind that always boil the noodles in a big vessel by adding more water. Adding noodles in less water reduces the temperature of the water and causes them to stick together. -
Add salt and oil in water: When the water boils, add 1 teaspoon salt and 1-2 teaspoons oil in it. Adding oil to water prevents noodles from sticking together. The oil prevents the noodles from sticking together and the salt makes them salty on the inside. -
Do not overcook: While boiling the noodles, be careful not to boil them completely. Overcooking can cause it to melt, so cook the noodles only 90% of the time. These will be completely cooked later when cooked with vegetables.

Rinse with cold water: After draining the noodles, immediately pour cold water over them or soak them in ice water for a few seconds. Due to this, their cooking process stops and the noodles do not melt or stick.

Coat with oil: After the water has completely evaporated, add 1 teaspoon oil to the noodles and mix well with hands. This will create a thin layer on the noodles and they will not stick at all.
