- Bread slices – 4-5
- Semolina – 1 cup
- Curd – ½ cup
- Malai or fresh cream – 2 spoons
- Finely chopped onion – 1 tsp
- Finely chopped capsicum – 1 tsp
- Finely chopped tomato – 1 tsp
- Chili flakes and oregano – 1 tsp each
- Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt – as per taste

- First of all, mix semolina, curd and cream well in a large mixing bowl. Now add some water to it and prepare a thick solution. After this leave this batter for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, green chilli and green coriander to the semolina batter. After this, add salt, black pepper powder, half teaspoon chili flakes and oregano and mix everything well.
- Now cut the bread into round shapes. If you apply pizza sauce on it, then apply the prepared mixture of semolina and vegetables on the bread.
- Now add lots of mozzarella cheese on top of this semolina layer. Sprinkle some chili flakes and oregano on top.
- Now heat a non-stick pan and apply some butter or ghee on it.
- Now place the prepared bread slices on the pan. Cover the pan with a deep lid so that the steam does not escape. Let it cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes. When it is cooked, serve it.
