  • 500 grams lemon
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 3 teaspoons salt or as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon black salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 3-4 spoons celery
  • cardamom seeds

How to make lemon pickle

step 1: First of all, wash the lemon thoroughly and wipe it dry with a clean cloth.

Step 2: After this, cut the lemon into four pieces and then add salt to it. If you want, you can also cut its peel and add it.

Step 3: After mixing salt well, add sugar, black salt, black pepper, cardamom seeds and celery and mix well.

Step 4: After mixing all these ingredients well, keep it in a glass jar and expose it to sunlight for 4-5 days. Before applying incense, make sure to turn the pickle upside down.
