With this, the total net earning of the film in India has now reached Rs 39.40 crore, while the gross earning in India has reached Rs 47.03 crore. Now the film is all set to cross the gross earning mark of Rs 50 crore in India on the third day. The English version continued to dominate the film’s earnings, which earned Rs 17.75 crore on Saturday. The Hindi version earned 2.35 crores. After this, the Telugu version earned Rs 1.15 crore and the Tamil version earned Rs 0.75 crore.
The Odyssey’s Worldwide Collection
The film overtook the opening figures of ‘Oppenheimer’ and ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ and set a new benchmark for the Oscar-winning filmmaker. According to data from The Hollywood Reporter, ‘The Odyssey’ grossed approximately $125 million in North America, while foreign markets contributed approximately $132.8 million. In this situation, its total worldwide earning became 257.8 million. ‘The Odyssey’ is Nolan’s first directorial film after ‘Oppenheimer’. Let us tell you that ‘Oppenheimer’ had won seven Academy Awards including ‘Best Picture’.
