Along with this, the makers have also announced the release date of the film, according to which the film will be released in theaters on August 14, 2026, a day before Independence Day.

Awarapan 2 clashes with Sunny Deol’s film Lahore 1947
The production work of ‘Awarapan 2’ is in its final stages in Mumbai. The film is scheduled to release globally on August 14, 2026. This sequel also marks Disha Patani’s first collaboration with Vishesh Films. But, this film already faces a big challenge. This film is going to clash with Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta’s film ‘Lahore 1947’ at the box office. The film, backed by Aamir Khan, is reportedly scheduled to release on August 13, 2026.
