IND vs AFG Live: The ODI series between India and Afghanistan is going to start from today (Saturday, June 13). This first match of the series is to be played at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamshala. The toss of this match was to be held at 1:00 pm, but due to bad weather and continuous rain in Dharamshala, it is getting delayed. At present the weather is very bad, due to which the new time of the toss has not been decided yet. Only after the toss, it will be clear what time the match will actually start.

In this series, all eyes will be on veteran batsman Rohit Sharma. He was unable to play many matches during the IPL due to injury (muscle strain), so this will be the real test of his fitness. With this, a unique record will be registered in Rohit’s name as soon as he steps on the field. He will become the oldest player to play an ODI for India at the age of 39 years and 44 days.

Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya are not part of this series due to not being completely fit. Young batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal has been included in the team in place of Virat Kohli, while all eyes will be on the performance of Nitish Kumar Reddy in place of all-rounder Hardik Pandya. This series is also important for captain Shubman Gill. On the other hand, even after losing the Test match, the Afghanistan team cannot be considered weak, because their performance in limited overs format (ODI/T20) is good and the return of star spinner Rashid Khan has made their team much stronger.
