The new organization should be such that it is technically strong, more secure and works independently. The petitioners demand that the court direct the CBI to submit a report within four weeks regarding its investigation regarding the paper leak.
Will keep an eye on this matter throughout the year – Supreme Court
On the investigation of NEET UG paper leak case, the Supreme Court has said that it will keep an eye on it. The central government will file a detailed affidavit. The affidavit will contain information about proposals to stop paper leaks in future. The Supreme Court says that the situation will be seen after the Centre’s affidavit comes. The Supreme Court has said that it will monitor and follow-up on this case throughout the year. The court said that it will ensure that complete institutional arrangements are implemented.
What did the central government say?
During the hearing, the Central Government told the Supreme Court that we will explain the entire process from the printing press to the students getting the papers. The Center said that the government is trying more than expected. Children’s problems should be solved. Everything is being done under the supervision of the highest executive level.
On the NEET issue, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told the Supreme Court – “We are taking many steps. The Radhakrishnan report will be implemented, but the government will take more steps than this. We will give detailed information to the court. On this, the Supreme Court said that it is okay. We want the system to be in order. You file the reply, hearing will be held on August 3.”
