Haridwar: A major accident has occurred near Sarvanand Ghat in Haridwar. Here suddenly a massive fire broke out in a private bus going from Dehradun to Delhi. As soon as the fire broke out, there was chaos in the bus and within no time the bus became a ball of fire.
There were 35 to 40 pilgrims on board
It is being told that 35 to 40 pilgrims of Char Dham Yatra were traveling in this bus, who saved their lives by jumping from the bus in time. It is fortunate that there were no casualties in the accident. As soon as the information was received, police and fire brigade teams reached the spot and controlled the fire. In the initial investigation, the cause of the fire is said to be diesel leaking.
It is noteworthy that this is the second incident of bus fire in Haridwar within a week.

In the beginning of June, a double decker bus was hit by a speeding dumper in Haridwar. In this incident the bus overturned on the roadside. One woman was killed and 37 people were injured in this incident. After hitting the bus, the dumper entered a dhaba. There were a total of 45 passengers in the bus, who had come to Haridwar to take a dip in the Ganga and were returning to Rajasthan.
CCTV of this incident was also revealed, in which it can be seen that a dumper hits the bus and then the bus overturns. The driver of the dumper is unable to control his vehicle and then enters the dhaba. The police had caught the dumper driver and started investigating the matter.
It is noteworthy that buses have become victims of accidents on many occasions in the country, in which the burning of buses due to fire has come to light on many occasions. Many passengers have lost their lives in such incidents.
