Ingredients for Soy Chili
Soya chunks 1 cup, Corn flour 1 tbsp, Kashmiri red chilli half tsp, Black pepper 1/3 tsp, Soy sauce half tsp, Salt as per taste, Oil 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp, Onion ½ cup, Green capsicum ½ cup, Red capsicum ½ cup, Yellow capsicum ½ cup, Ginger 2 tbsp, Garlic 2 tbsp, Green chilli 2 tbsp, Corn flour 2 tbsp, Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp, Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp, Schezwan chutney 2 tbsp, Green chilli sauce 1 tbsp, Soy sauce 1 tbsp, Kashmiri red chilli ½ tsp, Black Chilli 1/3 tsp, salt as per taste, water half cup
How to make Soya Chili

Step 1: To make soya chili, first boil the soya chunks in water. Keep in mind that soya should not be boiled too much. When the soya boils, squeeze out the water well. After that, add corn flour, Kashmiri red chilli pepper, soya sauce, salt as per taste and oil to soybean and mix. -
Step 2: Now, add some oil in a pan and fry the soya till it turns brown. You put it in the pan to brown. Add a little water to 2 tablespoons corn flour and mix.
- Step 3: Add grated garlic, ginger and matchsticks and fry in oil. Now chop onion and capsicum and fry them. When it is fried, add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, Schezwan chutney, green chilli sauce and soya sauce and then add corn flour with 2 tablespoons of water and stir until it thickens. Your soya chili is ready.
