2 ripe bananas, two-third cup almond flour, one-fourth cup oats flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder, 2–3 tbsp sugar supplement, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1–2 tbsp milk, choc chips

First, heat the oven to 350°F. Now mash the banana well for bread. Mix all the ingredients in it and mix it well. Add choc chips and mix gently and bake for half an hour. Check with a toothpick after 30–35 minutes. Cut when it cools down.

Protein Chocolate Ice Cream

For this you have to take 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein. Also 100g curd, 100–150ml milk, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, any option for sweetness, ice cubes. Now mix everything well and make a thick mixture. Freeze for 30–60 minutes to get an ice cream-like texture.
