For your information, let us tell you that to make spicy buttermilk with tempering, you will need 2 cups of fresh curd, 3 to 4 cups of cold water, black salt as per taste, finely chopped fresh coriander, finely chopped fresh mint, one spoon of roasted cumin powder, one spoon of ghee, half spoon of mustard, curry leaves, a pinch of asafoetida and dry red chilli.

First step- First of all, take out curd in a big sized vessel and beat the curd well.

Second step- After this, add cold water to the curd and churn it again until foam starts appearing on it.

Third step- Add black salt, roasted cumin powder, chopped coriander and chopped mint in this vessel and mix well.

Fourth step- Now heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds to hot ghee for tempering.

Fifth step- As soon as the mustard seeds crackle, add asafoetida, curry leaves and dry red chillies to the pan.

Sixth step- You have to mix this tempering in the prepared buttermilk and then cover the buttermilk so that the aroma of the tempering settles well in the buttermilk.

You can enjoy the taste of tempered buttermilk by serving it with any food item. Within just a few minutes your tempered spicy buttermilk will be ready to serve.
