How to make mixed fruit sherbet
Material
- Fruits – Watermelon, Grapes, Pomegranate, Mango, Pineapple (You can also add your favorite fruit)
- Sugar or honey: as per taste
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- Black salt: a pinch
- Mint leaves: 5-6
- Ice cubes: as required
Method of preparation
step 1: Wash all the fruits thoroughly, peel them and remove their seeds. Cut fruits like watermelon and mango into small pieces.
Step 2: Add chopped fruits, sugar/honey, black salt and ice cubes in a blender. Blend it until it becomes a smooth puree.
Step 3: After this filter it. Now add lemon juice to it and stir well.
Step 5: Put ice cubes in the glass, add sherbet and garnish with fresh mint leaves and small pieces of fruits and serve chilled.
