‘I almost fainted’, when there was a sudden knock in Amitabh Bachchan’s hotel room, when he opened the door, his eyes remained wide open

Amitabh Bachchan had shared the story of his meeting with Michael Jackson during KBC. While sharing this incident in the show, he told that he was in New York, when suddenly there was a knock in his hotel room and as soon as he opened the door, he could not believe his eyes after seeing the sight in front. Michael Jackson was standing in front, seeing whom Big B was almost in a state of unconsciousness. He could not believe his eyes that Michael Jackson himself had come to his room.

Amitabh Bachchan’s meeting with Michael Jackson

While talking to Padmashree Dr. Abhay and Dr. Rani Bang, Amitabh recalled the incident of meeting Michael Jackson and said, ‘I stayed in a hotel in New York. One day, I heard a knock on my hotel room door. As soon as I opened the door, I was stunned to see the sight in front. Michael Jackson was standing in front of me. Seeing them in front of me, I felt like I almost fainted, but then I somehow controlled myself. Seeing him I greeted him. Then he asked me if this was his room? Answering his question, I told him that no, this is not his room but mine. Then he realized that he had come to the wrong room.

Big B praised Michael Jackson

Big B told that this meeting did not end here. He says- ‘She went to her room. But, later he sent his staff member to contact the person whose room he had accidentally entered. After which I got a chance to sit and talk with him. Despite being such a big personality, he was a very humble person. So that’s how I met Michael Jackson for the first time.
