Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has once again started registration for flats under its affordable housing scheme ‘Atal Nagar Yojana’. Applications have been invited for a total of 630 flats in this phase. 539 1 BHK and 91 2 BHK flats are included under the scheme. Online registration for these will start from 18th April 2026 and will be open till 17th May 2026. According to the news, 15 towers ranging from 12 to 19 floors have been built in the Atal Nagar Housing Scheme located in Devpur Para, in which there are a total of 2,496 flats. The area of these flats ranges from 30 square meters to 54.95 square meters and the starting price has been kept at around ₹ 9.82 lakh. According to the authority, the allotment of flats will be done through lottery system in a completely transparent process. Even before this, many flats have been allotted under the same scheme, whereas now registration has been opened again for the remaining 630 flats.

Talking about the facilities, basic facilities like clean drinking water, 24×7 power supply, lift, power backup, security system, green area, kids play area and parking will be provided in this housing project. The registration fee has been fixed at ₹55,658 for 1 BHK flat and ₹1,00,852 for 2 BHK flat. If an applicant is not allotted a flat, this amount will be refunded. This scheme can prove to be a good opportunity for those who want to buy a house in a low budget.
Instructions have been given to create a multi-level parking facility for about 500 four-wheelers inside the Atal Nagar Project. For this, suitable places have been identified in the layout. Apart from this, instructions were given to complete the work of rainwater harvesting and connecting to STP within 1 month.
