Which team will Sunrisers Hyderabad face in the eliminator match is yet to be decided.
Under the captaincy of Pat Cummins, in the IPL 2026 season, Sunrisers Hyderabad team managed to make its place in the playoffs but could not finish in the top-2. Now it will face the fourth team to qualify for the playoffs in the eliminator match to be held on May 27 at Mullanpur Stadium, which is yet to be decided. In this regard, four teams are still in the race, which include the names of Rajasthan Royals, Punjab Kings, KKR and Delhi Capitals. In this, Rajasthan team seems to be in the strongest position, which is currently in fourth position in the points table with 14 points from 13 matches and if it wins its last league match, then it will directly secure a place for the playoffs.
