Peethadhishwar Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham is currently in Tirupati Balaji, South India. A three-day ‘Energy Sanchay Samagam’ program is being organized there. During this, he expressed his views on a big controversy going on on social media. Devansh, the elder son of famous storyteller Devkinandan Thakur, has started storytelling. People are being trolled on social media regarding this. While giving a statement on this entire matter, Bageshwar Dham appealed to the Hindu society to unite.
“What is the objection if the storyteller’s son becomes a storyteller?”
During the blessings, Bageshwar Sarkar said that the biggest challenge at present is that Hindus are opposing Hindus. He said that if a doctor’s son can become a doctor, a farmer’s son a farmer, a policeman’s son a policeman, a politician’s son a politician and an actor’s son an actor, then the son of a storyteller can become a storyteller, what is the objection in this?
“These people should not be publicly ridiculed”
Bageshwar Sarkar said that Devansh, the elder son of Vrindavan’s famous storyteller Devkinandan Thakur, has started storytelling and his speech is being appreciated, but some people are making memes and comments on social media, making fun of him. Describing it as unfortunate, Bageshwar Sarkar said that if you do not like someone’s story, then do not go to listen to it, but there should not be public ridicule of Sanatan tradition, saints and story tellers.
“Farewell casteism, we are all Hindu brothers”
Dhirendra Krishna Shastri further said that the society has to understand that continuously attacking its own saints, temples and monasteries ultimately weakens the Sanatan Samaj. He urged the Hindus to leave aside mutual disputes and respect each other and remain united for the honor of Sanatan. At the end of his address, Bageshwar Sarkar gave the message of Hindu unity and said, “Farewell casteism, we are all Hindu brothers. We are all children of the one Supreme God.” He said that only when the Hindu society will be organized, both the Sanatan tradition and the nation will become strong.
