Material

  • Ripe mango: 1 cup (cut into small pieces)
  • Fresh curd: 2 cups (well beaten)
  • Roasted cumin powder: ½ tsp
  • Black Salt: ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala: ½ tsp
  • Red chilli powder: a pinch (Kashmiri red chilli)
  • Fresh mint leaves: 8-10 (finely chopped)
  • Finely chopped coriander: 1 teaspoon

method of making

step 1

First of all, take 2 cups of curd in a mixing bowl. Beat it with the help of a churner until it becomes completely smooth and creamy.

Step 2
Now take mint leaves in a mixer grinder and add half chopped mango to it. Grind it well with the help of a grinder.

Step 3
Now add black salt, roasted cumin powder and chaat masala to the whipped curd and mix well.

Step 4
Add the paste prepared in mixer grinder to the prepared curd. Mix it well.

Step 5
After this, take it out in a serving bowl and add chopped mango on top. Add some red chilli powder over it and then serve.
