Material
- Peanuts: 2 cups (raw or roasted)
- Salt: a pinch (to enhance taste)
- Honey or jaggery: 1 teaspoon
- Oil: 1-2 teaspoons (only when needed, peanut oil or coconut oil is best)
Method of preparation

If you have taken raw peanuts, then fry them in a pan on medium flame for 5-7 minutes. When the peel starts coming off easily, turn off the flame.

Let the peanuts cool down a bit, then rub them with your hands and remove the peel.
start blending
Put the peanuts in a high-speed blender or food processor. Stir it for 1 minute. At first it will look like powder.
blend continuously
Stop the machine and sift the powder from the edges to the center and run again. Within some time, the peanuts will start releasing their natural oil and it will start becoming like a paste.
add flavor
When the paste starts becoming smooth, add salt and honey to it. Only if you find the peanut butter too dry, add 1 teaspoon oil to it.
Creamy Blend until smooth
Blend it until it becomes completely creamy. If you like ‘crunchy’ peanut butter, add a little crushed roasted peanuts at the end.
