Gift of more than 2500 flats
Under this scheme of DDA, a total of 2,516 1-BHK flats have been made available for sale in Sector G2–G6 of Narela.
- Pocket-6 (1496 Flats): Flats in this pocket with an estimated area of 49.90 square meters are available for only ₹ 14.95 lakh after a discount of 25%.
- Pocket-3 (1020 Flats): The price of these flats with area of 49.90 square meters has been fixed at ₹ 15.01 lakh after 25% discount.
Sample flats are also available at the site for the convenience of buyers.

- Registrations will start from 14th October 2026, 12 noon.
- Booking will start from 20th October 2026, 12 noon.
