In this series, domestic two-wheeler company Hero MotoCorp has also announced a dividend of Rs 75 to its shareholders. Let us tell you that Hero MotoCorp had released its financial results on Tuesday. Hero MotoCorp said in an exchange filing that its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY 2025-26 rose 26 percent to Rs 1,473.92 crore. The company said that their profits have increased due to tremendous sales.

Let us tell you that the net profit of Hero MotoCorp in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25 was Rs 1,168.75 crore. The company’s operating income increased to Rs 12,978.28 crore in the fourth quarter from Rs 9,969.81 crore in the same quarter of 2024-25. Hero’s sales in the quarter under review stood at 17.14 lakh units, which is 24 percent more than in 2024-25. Total expenditure increased to Rs 11,295.53 crore in the quarter under review, compared to Rs 8,750.13 crore a year ago. The company said that the Board of Directors has approved the reappointment of Pawan Munjal as Executive Chairman for the next 5 years with effect from October 1, 2026. This appointment is dependent on the approval of the shareholders in the 43rd AGM of the company.

Dividend of Rs 75 will be available on 1 share

Keeping in mind the excellent financial results, Hero MotoCorp has recommended a final dividend of Rs 75 per share with face value of Rs 2 for FY 2025-26. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval. The company has fixed the record date for payment of this final dividend of Rs 75 on July 24. The company’s shares will trade ex-dividend on July 24 and new shares purchased on July 24 will not get the benefit of dividend. If the dividend is approved in the AGM, it will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
