Of these, Meerut and Prayagraj will be the main toll plazas, while entry-exit based toll booths have been set up at other 12 places. About 23.6 kilometers of this expressway passes through Amroha district, where the entry and exit points have been made at Mangraula.

The fee for light commercial vehicles has been fixed at ₹4.05 per km, for buses and trucks at ₹8.15 per km, and for heavy machinery at ₹12.55 to ₹16.05 per km.
