
realty Firm Suraksha Group on Monday said it has completed construction of about 6,000 flats in 63 towers of ‘JP Wish Town’ in Noida. Let us tell you that Suraksha Group had acquired Jaypee Group company Jaypee Infratech Limited (JIL) through the insolvency process in the year 2024. Mumbai-based Suraksha Group, in its final resolution plan, had promised to complete about 20,000 houses in different stuck housing projects and hand over possession to home buyers. Suraksha Group said in a statement that it has completed the construction of 5989 houses in 63 towers of ‘JP Wish Town’ in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.
Occupancy certificate has been received for 31 towers with 3135 houses
Suraksha Group further said in its statement that they have already obtained occupation certificate (OC) for 31 towers comprising 3135 houses. Suraksha Group has also applied for OC for 32 towers besides Cosmos, Classic, Kensington Boulevard Apartments, Kensington Park Apartments, Kensington Park Heights and Pebble Court. There are a total of 2854 houses in these 32 towers. The company hopes to get the possession certificate for these 32 towers also in the next few months.
Construction work on the remaining towers is going on in full swing
Jash Panchamiya, Executive Director, Jaypee Infratech, said, “Despite the GRAP norms imposing heavy restrictions on construction activities due to increased air pollution during winter every year, we are fully committed to meet the expectations of our customers and are trying our best to hand over the work as per the timelines given in the resolution plan.” He said construction work for the remaining towers is going on in full swing. The company has expressed confidence to hand over these towers as per the resolution plan.
