Whereas, the market cap of the remaining 3 companies increased by a total of Rs 41,598.99 crore. Last week, the market cap of Reliance Industries recorded the biggest decline. At the same time, a significant increase was seen in the valuation of ICICI Bank. Let us tell you that last week the BSE benchmark index had closed with a huge fall of 2185.77 points (2.54 percent).

These companies suffered losses last week

The list of companies making losses last week includes the names of Reliance Industries, HDFC Bank, Tata Consultancy Services, Bharti Airtel, Infosys, Bajaj Finance and Larsen & Toubro. Whereas, the market cap of ICICI Bank, Hindustan Unilever and State Bank of India increased.

Huge decline in Reliance’s market cap by Rs 1,58,532.91 crore

During the week ending Friday, the market cap of Reliance Industries fell by Rs 1,58,532.91 crore to Rs 19,96,445.69 crore. HDFC Bank’s valuation fell by Rs 96,153.61 crore to Rs 14,44,150.26 crore. Bharti Airtel’s market valuation fell by Rs 45,274.72 crore to Rs 11,55,987.81 crore and Bajaj Finance’s market cap fell by Rs 18,729.68 crore to Rs 5,97,700.75 crore.

Tata Consultancy Services lost Rs 15,232.14 crore

Apart from these, the market cap of Larsen & Toubro fell by Rs 18,728.53 crore to Rs 5,53,912.03 crore and the market cap of Tata Consultancy Services fell by Rs 15,232.14 crore to Rs 11,60,682.48 crore. Whereas, the market cap of Infosys fell by Rs 10,760.59 crore to Rs 6,70,875 crore.

ICICI Bank’s valuation increased by Rs 34,901.81 crore

On the other hand, the valuation of ICICI Bank increased by Rs 34,901.81 crore to Rs 10,03,674.95 crore. The market cap of Hindustan Unilever increased by Rs 6097.19 crore and became Rs 5,57,734.23 crore. During this period, the market cap of State Bank of India increased by Rs 599.99 crore to Rs 9,23,061.76 crore.
